Hi I'm Anil, and this is my corner of the internet: a place where I scrap once in a while.
I have spent more than thirty years in IT. It started in 1994 in Kerala, when I founded S.A.M Soft Systems & Services in the dial-up days: building PCs, setting up networks and teaching people what a computer could do for them. In 2004 I moved to Dubai to work in enterprise infrastructure, and I have been doing that ever since.
What I do now
I am the IT Infrastructure Manager at RHS Group, a Dubai-based multinational group working across shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, insurance, real estate and hospitality. My work covers the servers, networks, security, disaster recovery and communication systems that keep the business running across several countries.
Alongside that, I run Krish Systems, my own independent IT consultancy and software product company.
