I wanted to search for some files which were on my Linux Mint 9 (Toshiba Satellite Pro) and couldn't find any tool for that. I found about this tool from Addicitive Tips Website about this nice tool which is equivalent to MS Windows search tool for Ubuntu. This is a really nice tool and works very well also. One more reason to shift to Linux/Ubuntu/Linux Mint.
For installation you can use the Software Manager to install Catfish, just search for "Catfish" without quotes and you will be able to install it.
